I am an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Thiruvananthapuram, India.

I did my PhD at the Institute of Mathematical Sciences, Chennai, India, under the supervision of Prof. S. Gun. The subject of my thesis was the study of Euclidean ideal classes appearing in the class groups of rings of integers. My research interests range over topics in Algebraic Number theory and Sieve methods.

After completing my Ph. D. I spent a year and half as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada under the supervision of Prof. V. Kumar Murty. On returning to India, I spent two years as a postdoctoral fellow at the Chennai Mathematical Institute , Chennai, India, under the supervision of Prof. P. Rath. After my stint at Chennai Mathematical Institute , I spent ten months as an INSPIRE Faculty fellow at the Indian Statistical Insitute, Bangalore, India. During this period, I worked under the guidance of Prof. B. Sury.
